How to have baby soft face?

    In my everyday life, reading from different beauty blogs information, I always find the six basic things for looking fresh and younger. If you want your skin to be soft, look nice, your tan to be flawless, shining, you don’t need at all expensive cosmetics. Just opposite, similar to the expensive medicines, the chemical components in cosmetic "products” will have very short –time effect, but little enough to make you feel they “work” for your skin. Actually they create an illusion, affecting strongly on your skin properties by unhealthy and unnatural ways. Finally if you stop using some cream you`ll find immediately more and more wrinkles appear, more dark spots under eyes…and your skin losing elasticity. I found out even more – people who have never used face creams look much younger and their skin is in better condition, than people who use excessively creams, colored foundations and powders.

The conclusion is one: we need to return again and again to the power of the nature. Nature only created countless products for humans to use, that we don’t need anything more, but to know well and discover the healing properties of essences and implement them in life. Even that sounds difficult for some people, until the revolution of human health will be made.

Now the six basic ways for maintaining amazing complexion are:

-         sleep more and in appointed time
-         eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily
-         drink plenty of water
-         use natural ingredients for your skin
-         play sport (yoga, swimming, exercise)
-         walk in the mountain (or in park, place in nature)

All of them are from big importance for your inner and outer balance, the sleep provides needed recovery for the whole body, washing away from it all toxins; the fruits and vegetable daily doze provides vitamins and minerals needed for the good skin, even in so polluted environment in the big city; playing yoga, walking in the nature will have immense impact on your entire body – all your muscles, will bring you fresh approach to life, motivation and will uplift your sense of self-love and love to others. Drinking water is essential for every human, as maintain all the cells balances and prevent them to “shrink” be stressed and dehydrated. 

Now I want to concentrate on using natural ingredients. We are surrounded by so many and various natural essences: starting from essential oils, carrier oils, flower essences, herbs, tree and leaves extracts, crystals, fruits, vegetables, grains. We have the gift for free, so take advantage of it!
One the best ways I discovered recently for my skin (combination kind) is morning natural toner. You can use the following products to make it:

-- pure cool water (or destilated water) -1 c. cup
- slice of lemon
- crystal sea salt (1 pinch)
- essential oil of lemon (or lavender, or rose) – 2 drops

This is the most easy and inexpensive recipe for the skin in morning. Take one cotton pad and sock it in the toner; if you have bottle with spray you may spray directly on your face, making sure to close your eyes. Then rub the cotton pad on your cheeks, neck, nose, forehead, so you cover all face. You`ll feel amazing refreshment and nice aroma! After just 15 min you`ll feel your skin become softer and after maybe 3 days you`ll change your mind on using other products or “Micelar water” for face- which is so famous.

After applying the toner stay 15 min and don’t wash your face. My next step is applying “aloe vera” pure gel. This is what I buy and don’t prepare at home –as I don’t have aloe vera plant; but with its great healing properties, delicate aroma and moisture, it will bring your skin in balance for seconds! I love its cooling effect and it makes skin immediately look younger, and its not heavy or oily for the combination face.
In the evening after my shower with lavender, I love to apply grapeseed base oil, just some drops directly on my skin. It has no aroma, and has great properties to make your skin well nourished overnight. Apply and make circular movement on the right from inside –out. On the next day you`ll feel your face skin like a baby.

Another important thing to do is eating one fruit by choice every morning, before you eat anything else. The fruit will give you energy and boost for the day, and add also needed nutrition for your skin.
And finally be aware that the stressful environment, toxic people or relations can be main factor for your skin and body. Avoid them!

So follow the steps and you`ll reveal more and more from your inner beauty!

Angelic fast for health and spiritual growth

    What is meaning of fast? Many people are constantly interested and reading articles about health care, diets, proper regime, what are the best vitamins and foods for our body, what is the best activities we can do for losing weight…and so on. Most people desire to be healthy and good looking, in nice body shape. That desire is very natural and it s inside everyone of us, because it`s connected with the cosmic principle of Purity and cleanness, as well as Transformation. We always need to be better, and that is truly amazing in the human nature. The problem starts when that “desire” for being healthy and looking beautiful, becomes an obsession. As we all know –obsessions can be many kinds and an obsession is more than “passion”, it`s actually passion “out of control”, or crooked passion. In this way we take something positive by nature and turn it to something with negative sign. Sadly humans do so for many things. That`s how many times we don’t progress, but do the opposite – regress in our way.
Here I`ll ask some very familiar and important questions. Is beautiful the obsession for being “slender” in a shape of one girl with anorexia? Is it beautiful to see as many times in modern society a fat woman with shapeless body with many creases everywhere, who put amazing big amount of lipstick, high red color nail polish and artificial long lashes? What do you see? What do you feel? Is it called beautiful a very young teenager girl with lovely face, but damaged dry, spoiled little hair on head, just because she wants to be blond and applies perhidrol? Is it beautiful a girl with nice face by nature, but with pimples and spots covered with amazing thick layer of foundation make up and whitening creams, with lip gloss, and smoking a cigarette with yellowish teeth?

No need even to give the answer – as everyone knows it. Sadly. That`s why I gave you the sight of real version, vision of distorted mirror. We create this mirrors by ourselves, be aware of that. Looking to the tv screen, to the social propaganda, to the advertisings with smiling perfect faces – we create and let the whole society also to “create” them for us. We are living in one illusionary land of distorted mirrors. That’s about “ugliness”. Please understand, dear humans, only from inside you can be truly beautiful. And only inside –in your heart, inner reflections and qualities you can create and keep your inner beauty intact from the “ugliness”. Anyone has ability to choose what he likes for himself. Its so easy like that: artificial lashes – or purity, cigarettes or healthy lungs, alcohol or healthy liver, fake masks or real faces. Choose carefully.
* I went so long way now in order to point for you the main topic – about the health. Our bodies are temples of God, and of divine energy. We have all the abilities if we want, to keep them in good health. That`s all what god and angels want for us. That`s why we are obligated to keep the purity and cleanness of our body throughout all the life; moreover –we are obligated to help other people to see the light of healthy living, and understand the truth of their happiness. No one can be perfect, that`s without a doubt. But we all can just strive and do our best to be healthy persons from outside and inside. Please understand –healthy does not mean “slender”, does not mean obsessed with fitness or making big muscles, does not mean covered with artificial face or hair which is not yours. No. sorry to disappoint you –healthy means first from In-side. In order to be healthy, look lovely, have shining skin, feel happy, what do you need? Simply to first be healthy in-side of your body –your heart, lungs, liver, all organs, healthy in-side your brain, mind, cells. Then all else will follow. As my revelation from Gabriel – don’t prioritize the outer world –material things and mission, because you`ll go into redundancy. Let your priority to be the inner world –of your soul, spirit, heart –then all else will come immediately. This is the process –for humans, as well as for creating the universe(s). from inside –out. Dont think –you have everything until you don’t have connection with your real Self from inside; then you have nothing.
~ Now the angels wants you to be good, healthy and happy throughout life. They want the best for you, and you need only to choose the same. Feel yourself as a valuable person, who is much more capable of achieving all your dreams. See yourself from inside. Ask your heart – what do you love? What are your priorities in life? your principles?

~ As the angels love you so much, they have send you many times through history and in all religious practices many ways to be healthy. One of the most important ways is to be cleansed from inside. That`s what is the purpose of fast. Be aware that “fasting” is not a diet, not a “regime” for just losing weight or for nice shape. Fasting include all spiritual aspects of individual. Look to the all world religions, you`ll see the many forms and varieties of “fast”. No matter of the outer form, but fast is always connected first with connection with God and higher self. Its connection with the Soul and spirit, and then secondly is restraining from food, or special kinds of food, from drink, from intimate relations. Fast is made for exactly for this reason –cleansing of the soul, heart and spirit and second, cleansing of body. Or in other words –its made to make you healthy and strong, to be resistant on negative effects, to increase your willpower, courage, dedication, and love to God. To reveal all the good qualities inside you. Following that thread I want to lead you to the basic point in my article –the angels fast.
Angels approve your determination and always will help you to fast in your own religion and by your way. Even so there are people who don’t feel comfortable with the “official religion” , as they accept and feel the Church (f.e.) as institution from earth, which has not divine power. For that reason I suggest you an angelic fast –which is made as total cleansing of the spirit, and has the aim to feel more connected with the divine energy. Making a fast requires determination and willing. That’s the first very positive qualities you need to master, if you want to start. If you don’t want, you wont read this already to the end.
Angelic fasts suggest cleansing of the spirit and body, which is made every 3 months. Suggested dates are each 10. of the months –October, January, April and July. The fast is until 19. of the month and encompasses each of the four seasons. The first 5 days you should eat only fruits – one kind of fruit every day. (for example, first day you eat grapes, the second –pears, the third pumpkin …) the second 5 days you ll eat only vegetables – which can be mixed and combined. In the fast are not allowed – surely no alcohol, cigarettes and other drugs, no drinks with gas and sugar, no sugar products; no flour and wheat products, no milk and eggs products. That means most of the things the modern society is so “attached to” –like meat, bread, chocolate, cakes, wafers, drinks –are out. What remains are the truly natural products –(even if you can say they are also not natural and contain poisons, there cant be comparison.)
In the fast days you need to have higher self- discipline in order to achieve good result. You have to wake up in exact time –early in the morning –to make short prayer, to make list with priorities for the month, and follow the rhythm of exact intervals for food – as possible for your situation. Intervals of eating can be – 10 am. -12 am – 2 pm4 pm – 6 pm. These are five intervals; you can drink plenty of water and in the morning after waking up – water with lemon inside.
After the finishing of that seasonal fast you`ll feel much more lighter –not just in shape and body, but from inside, much more confident, happy and ready to go with your life-tasks. Wish you good luck and let angels always to help you!

Magnolia II


Magnolia denudata, was known as "Yu-lan" meaning ~Jade Orchid~ to the ancient Chinese and has been cultivated since the 7th century. The Japanese have grown Magnolia stellata for centuries as potted plants called "Shidekobushi"
Magnolias are among the 10 most popular flowering trees in the U.S. and are grown for their value as shade trees. Also used for timber and for making large canoes, house interiors and furniture. Flower buds have been used in infusions as a tonic. Animals feed on the seeds and flowers. Chinese use the flower as a remedy for clogged sinus and nasal passages.

Symbols of magnolia flowers in different countries and times:

Magnolias grow on a tree, that can live a whole century! 
White magnolias represents the moon and lunar goddess, for any rituals should be made on Mondays; Yellow represents the sun energy and sun goddess.

Magnolias are the oldest flowering plants of the world and lived during the time of the dinosaurs. Magnolia fossils have been found throughout Europe, North America, and Asia, in rocks over 100 million years old. Magnolia flowers are pollinated by beetles of the Nitidulidae family because magnolias evolved before bees and other flying pollinators. The flowers do not have true petals and sepals and do not produce nectar, but attract beetles with fragrant, sugary secretions.

Poppy flower ~ Legend


Greek legends  ~
According to Greek legend, the poppy was created by Somnus, the god of sleep, to help Ceres, the corn goddess, who was exhausted by the search for her lost daughter that she couldn't make the corn grow. The poppies soothed her to sleep, and when she rested, the corn grew again, giving rise to the belief that the presence of poppies was essential to grow corn.
Demeter,so the legend goes, created the poppy for the purpose of getting some sleep after the loss of her daughter Persephone. The twin brothers Hypnos and Thanatos (Sleep and Death) were represented as crowned with poppies or carrying poppies in their hands. Obviously the Greeks were aware of the fact that a merciful sleep induced by opium could lead to death.

Poppies are one of the most attractive wild flowers in the nature. With their soft gracious chalices, paper-like – they are waving with every blow of the wind. They are honored from the poets and writers, due to many qualities and symbol meanings. 
Poppies are known even in ancient medicine, because they contain little dozes of codeine, which makes them pain-relieving. 
We meet them in many colors – crimson red, vivid orange, yellow and pure white. 
The most important symbols of poppies are: 

~ dreams, peace, inner balance 
~ recovery and sleep 
~ comfort in death 
~ imagination 
~ signs and visions in a dream 
~ Resurrection and eternal life 
~ loving memory for someone lost 

All kind of poppies have the scientific Latin name “Papaver”. Some of the most widely spread kinds for gardening are Oriental poppies (Pappaver Orientale); They are not capricious flower, require dry soil and require little watering. They can be used in medicine, for the well known poppy seeds, important ingredient in the kitchen, (its used also for making tea) and for landscaping. It`s a great flower for drawings, decorating home or a villa in the mountain. 

More about ~
Poppy comes from the Greek word “rhoeas” meaning “red”. Papaver is Latin, word derived from “pap” - the opium poppy's milky juice. Oriental poppies contain opium which has been used for centuries. The corn poppy does not contain opium.
Poppies were found in Egyptian tombs dating back 3,000 years. According to the Romans the poppy could heal a love wound and they used it for witchcraft. The ancient Greeks used poppies as a love charm and thought that they were a sign of fertility and brought health and strength so Greek atheletes were given mixtures of poppy seeds, honey, and wine. 


What is a healthy meal?


Here I want to introduce my perception about "healthy food", and what we should eat. 
First of all, this is not a nutritionist advice, nor recommendation of a special kind of food.
I want to determine what all we have to consider as healthy "meal" in general, and what is meaning
of healthy eating. 

These days we are 'Bombed" with information about what to eat, what foods /products are good for health, 
which fruits and vegetables are most full of vitamins...Its endless sea of information, and always is good to have this 
in mind. We can find in all advice something good, or potential for our new diet and new eating habits. First of all I want to declare the following- when it comes to healthy food ,we should consider these things: 

-- the age of person
-- the temperament of person 
-- the daily activity of the person 
-- the daily spiritual practices 
-- The work condition of him
-- general eating habits 
-- the gender & body structure 
-- the place where he lives...

So these are what I could think of, obviously so many and various factors. They are surely affecting on persons diet, 
food preferences and health. It`s easy to make connection! So do not follow a trendy diets for couples of days (even it could have 
a good effect on your body). Better think deeply and investigate the above factors, then you can decide ot ask advice from 
a nutritionist. All in all, as I devote my attention to general case and human nature, I can assume the following things about
what a healthy meal is. I don`t determine here "sugar" as a damaging, nor bread and flour as damaging for the body (with the arrangement that
quantity matters!) SO have in mind the basic ideas for healthy meal, and how to eat healthy, regardless of personal tastes.

1. Quality is above the quantity ( when you eat quality food, don`t try to full your stomach, but eat l i t t l e. Let your stomach to have 
an empty space, in order to process the food. Avoid to use "junk" foods in your daily meals. (that means packed)

2. Eat regularly (Eating in intervals of 2 or 3 hours in the day time is the best way to not feel hungry. Everyone knows that then 
you wont feel so hungry to let your stomach without space, and you `ll have little healthy snacks. Its important to eat r e gularly,
and little portions, and the best is to have exact determined times that your body will be used to. For example if you had breakfast 
at 10.00 am, have lunch at 12.00 - snacks at 2.00 pm and so on. 

3. Drink liquids every hour. (in order to not get also too much at once, is well to remember to drink liquids, and specially water! every hour.
But also this can be, fresh juice, tea, coffee...

4. Drink warm water or tea (green, herbal) right after you wake up. The myth that the coffee is the best, is over. Even if you prefer, after you drink 
warm water -with or without honey and lemon, you can also drink coffee...But here I will say also the quality of coffee matters too! Avoid drinking 
"nes cafe" and all packed and ready made coffees, even you can be used to this. Coffee doesn`t have the same effect on mind", but on heart, which
wont make you wake up, as you imagine. First step to do is try to have some days free from coffee, and substitute with green tea!

5. Eat at least 1 fruit in the morning. (Morning is the best time to cleanse the body from the previous day. In the night body and stomach functions are 
low, so you cant have food processed as needed, but in morning is the time of "sun" and fire, and the best time to drink liquids and eat fresh fruits.
Eat fruits all and dont make juices, as they contain important fibers. Eat seasonal fruits, and apples are really the best for cleanse.

6. Include warm soup in your lunch. ( when I was little, everyone assumed that the best meal includes (soup, main course and dessert.. So if for 
others I can argue, but soup is really and important meal, specially in middle day. With the soup, you have so needed warm liquid, to make your stomach
works). It`s a bad practice to drink - juice, water, soft drinks -while eating! better to drink after you finished, or give some time.

7. Choose and combine your meal by ingredients : combine - proteins, carbohydrates, grains & lentils, fruits. When you make separation of the food by type
you help you stomach to work fast, plus you boost your metabolism. You`ll feel more light, more energized and more productive in the day. 

8. Eat at least once " alive food" in your day. (alive foods are coming from the nature directly without to be processed -cooked, in canes, cut, packed, and so on. 
Such valuable foods are vegetables an fruits. That is without a doubt. Make them always important part and eat plenty. If you succeed with this practice,
make at least one -of 5 days with only "alive foods". You `ll feel the difference!

9. Eat in in peace. (This is very important part from healthy eating. What to not do? everyone know about the practice of "eating" and having a bite" 
while watching movie, or surfing in internet, or while having a conversation. This if done regularly, can destroy our attention, and how food should 
be accepted and will lead to weight gain and problems in metabolism. This is so, as food needs special time, separated from all other activities! Try to 
eat while playing game. Do you feel well the taste of food? do you feel the time when you start and when you finish? and the speed you ate? In this case 
mostly the food will be eaten fast with no attention of process ,and have bad consequences of body. 
Try now to eat while observing nature, or something still. Or while you close your eyes, in time of chewing. DO you feel the taste now? And the time 
of eating the food? Surely you`ll feel the differnce. The best way to eat is in peace, without noise around, or talks even. Then you have the best result. 
The only thing you can include is a nice slow music. 

10. Don`t eat in the late times "snaks" - that mean all after 8.00 or 9.00 pm is not recommended! Dont eat after time of sun set, which is the best way to 
make your body free from toxins and overweight. Dont make exceptions. When you go to sleep your stomach should be light, so eat less at dinner and 
eat most at lunch time. (12.00)

These are my basic points on healthy eating and healthy food. Dont be totally restricted from something, unless you know from doctor its bad for you.
But consume wisely. Other things, that will help you much if you want to stay healthy and have a good metabolism are :
-- good sleep 
-- practice meditation 
-- play sport, exercise 
-- read about food and alive food
-- walk in nature regularly 

I think as all is connected, so is with food. You`ll find these practices help for good dygestion of food, and will improve many more things 
in your every day life. So dont concentrate on "food" only, but on all together as part of a healthy life. 

About how temperament of person affect on foods he should consume? In my other investigation about foods and how they affect, I determine 
what special needs each person has, according to his psychological portrait and temperament. for example - Holleric people should avoid more 
sugar and fats, as they affect on heart directly and will increase his blood pressure. They should take more vitamins, fruits and vegetables. 
Melancholic people often have problematic stomach and gut, thats why he can eat more carbohydrates than others, but avoid fried foods and fats, 
as well as cans and packed products. 
Phlegmatic type also can have problems with stomach and colon, so he should try eating more green vegetables, and avoid bread and white flour.
Sanguinick types need calming of their nervous system, so they should avoid coffee, and all big quantities, and avoid eating meat with bad combinations.
recommended for them are chamomile tea, peppermint, and to drink plenty of water. 
These are just outlines of the concept about temperaments eating. But the main rules are for all. 
The first thing you should do before starting any "healthy" practice or diet, is self-discipline. Then you`ll have result. Good luck!
